Our promise to you is to deliver your perfect ring, whether it's an engagement ring or something to celebrate or mark an occasion. We offer a custom ring design service, to either work with a ring you already have or else create a completely new piece. There is no set formula to choosing a ring. It can take time, thought (but not over thinking!) and guidance along the way. Our job is not to sell you one of our designs, it is to help you create your own. We draw out the style and personality within you and help you portray that in your new ring.

We also make wedding and eternity rings. So whether you are looking for a shaped band to fit around your engagement ring or you would like a unique eternity ring with high quality gemstones to wear on your right hand, let us help you find the one.

The bespoke ring design the process goes like this:

Initial Consultation

Book an appointment with us to come in and sit down and browse our range of 'ready-to-go' and sample collection of rings. From there we can put together a list of criteria for your bespoke design. For example, a particular band width, setting type or height of the ring. If you have a photo of your perfect ring from social media, bring it with you.

CAD Drawing

7-10 days later you will receive a CAD drawing of your design with a full quotation. You have the option to make as many changes as you like to your ring design. We will work with you until the design is perfect. There is an add-on option here to receive a wax model of the ring if you wish.

Craft

Once the CAD drawing is approved and a 20% deposit is paid, the ring is then made by our team of expert goldsmiths and stone setters. If you have a particular gemstone in mind we will source this and if required give you a choice of a couple of stones to match your budget. Every gemstone is unique so we make sureyou get your version of the perfect stone.

Craft & Hallmarking

It then goes for Hallmarking which is a quality mark stating the metal type and metal content of the ring. This whole process generally takes 4-6 weeks.

 

Fitting

The ring is now ready for a fitting! We arrange a time that suits you to come in and try on your own design. You have the option of collecting the ring or if you wish you can pay off on it by installments.
