As much as our customers love the entire experience of choosing an engagement ring in-house at Lorimat, recent events have proven that it’s not always possible. We therefore developed Ireland’s first home try-on service - meaning you can now try on your perfect engagement ring at home!
Simply browse our collection, select the three rings that you love the most and try them on at home to see which is your favourite. Try on your ring with an array of different outfits, see how it fits with your existing jewellery, and even get your friends and family’s opinion before committing!
You will have your chosen rings for a total of five days. This gives you plenty of time to discover which one is the perfect ring for you. When the five days are up, simply pop the rings back in the enclosed, prepaid envelope. Then, let us know which was your favourite and if you would like to go ahead and make it yours forever!
The home try on engagement rings are all sterling silver and cubic zirconia. There will be a replacement charge of €250 for any rings not returned.
It’s a three step process!
Step 1. Browse our collection and choose 3 sample rings for a total charge of €60
Step 2. Try them in the comfort of your own home for 5 days
Step 3. Return the rings using the prepaid envelope provided by dropping them off at your local post office.
All elements of this Engagement ring can be customised thanks to our ring design service. For example, you may change the width of the band or change the number or size of diamonds used. You can also swap the white gold for another precious metal such as yellow or rose gold. We will be happy to discuss all the options with you when you come to see us or via our virtual jewellery appointment service.
